After careful consultation with the customer, we customize the piece with improvement or updates such as pleated and rolled arms, raising of the backs, and changing or updating the legs.
Starting with the bare frame, we inspect for any structural problems and make the necessary repairs. After the repairs are made we construct the piece starting with webbing and springs replaced as needed. All coil springs are eight way hand tied. Now cotton, foam and Dacron are replaced or added as needed. Next we can begin the covering process making sure to align and match the fabric professionally. The piece is not delivered until it is carefully inspected.
We welcome COM (customer's own material). However, we cannot guarantee the quality of an outside distributor's fabric.
